Qur’an Course Registration Form 2026–2027

Fill in this form to enrol in our Qur’an and basic religious knowledge course. The course is free. Once registration is complete, your reference number and signed enrolment certificate will be sent to your e-mail.

5Health and permissions

This section asks two separate things. Health information is recorded only if you wish and with your explicit consent; the photo and video permissions are independent of it and do not affect the registration.

Is there anything about your child’s health we should know during the course (allergy, regular medication, special needs)?

Photo and video permissions

May your child appear in photos and videos taken during course activities that are published on our mosque’s website and in its own announcements (posters, notice board)?
May the same images also be shared on our mosque’s social media accounts (Facebook, etc.)?

You can decide separately for each channel; you may withdraw your permissions at any time, and answering “No” does not affect the registration. If your child is old enough to express their own view (especially from age 12), we recommend asking them before you decide.

6Course rules and agreement

Please read the text to the end; the agreement checkbox unlocks once you reach the end.

Student responsibilities

  1. Follow the rules of the mosque and the course.
  2. Attend lessons regularly and on time; do not leave the classroom without the teacher’s permission.
  3. Take care of the course premises and materials as if they were your own; make good any damage caused.
  4. Be respectful and courteous towards teachers, staff and classmates; avoid rude language or behaviour.
  5. Come to lessons with your book and materials ready; take part in the lesson and speak only with permission.
  6. Keep the classroom and mosque areas clean and tidy.
  7. Stay away from substances harmful to health or causing addiction, and from any form of gambling.
  8. Take part in course and mosque activities as far as possible.

Parent responsibilities

  1. Ensure the student arrives at lessons on time, prepared and dressed according to the dress-code rules.
  2. Follow the course announcements, stay in contact with the course management and attend parents’ meetings.
  3. Support the student with homework and study; pay attention to sleep and rest times.
  4. Inform the course promptly of any significant change in the student’s health or emotional state.
  5. Take the necessary steps to help the student follow the course rules; support the course’s social activities and family education seminars.
  6. Accept that the course is free of charge, but that providing the textbooks (“Camiye Gidiyorum 1–2”, “Temel Dinî Bilgiler”) and materials such as a notebook and pen is the parent’s responsibility.

The textbooks (“Camiye Gidiyorum 1–2”: I Am Going to the Mosque 1–2; “Temel Dinî Bilgiler”: Basic Religious Knowledge) are not sold at the mosque; ways to obtain them are given in the registration confirmation e-mail and on the Qur’an course page of our website.

7Student’s identity document
